Maya Ikejiri was a classmate of Ryuunosuke in middle school.
Appearance[]
Maya has red hair. In the anime, she is depicted to look like Maid (unlike in the Light novel where her appearance is unkown). The reason for this change is unknown. Sorata describes her appearance as 'popular'. She wears light makeup and has painted nails.
Personality[]
Maya's personality seems to be similar to Rita's personality upon her introduction.
History[]
Maya had plans to create a game with Ryuunosuke and three other boys in middle school (two in the anime). The four friends had plans to attend Suiko high school and eventually university, but when the project fell apart, the five of them went their seperate ways.

Akasaka Ryuunosuke[]
Maya and Ryuunosuke were classmates in middle school. It seems that Maya had a crush on Ryuunosuke. One that she doesn't get over, even during the events of volume 9 (in her third year of high school). Ryuunosuke would scold the team members including Maya when they were unwilling to improve their skills. This ultimately lead to Maya growing to resent him.
